Armin van Buuren – Live @ Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas 2018
Are you fu*cking kidding me?! This man is a God. Yes, a God. Kneel down to the master of trance music. I have personally been fu*cking up many a club/venue to Armin van Buren’s music. Rock it. Hump it. Hug it. Love it. Armin van Buren is like a fine wine that gets better with age! Another DJ performing with a jacket on at EDC 2018 and still want to know the electric bill for those outside air conditioners. Weird sh*t goes through my head and y’all just gonna have to deal with it. 😉
The state of trance is the man, the musician, the icon, the God we know as Mr. van Buren. From the moment he hits the stage, he connects with the crowd with his “patented” huge smile and a jacket that says “Blah. Blah. Blah” on the back. Love it. Love him. I love all of it. When he plays the song “Sunny Days” you will basically transform into a second version of yourself that floats above the “real” you.
Armin speaks to the crowd in the way that is his brand, engaging as a human being and not just music. The set (track list above) shows how this magical of a DJ takes his fans on a journey. What I have always liked about van Buren is his use of vocals in trance to really get the crowd going.
As for me? This set basically had me floating 20-feet above my head and then I needed to be picked up off the ground with a spatula. This is real music, people. The experience is real. You can feel it. You can taste it. And you will love it.
